AI-powered infrastructure intelligence

See what your IoT networks and physical assets are really doing.

SignalWings helps industrial sites, warehouses, utilities and smart-city operators discover, map and monitor their infrastructure using sensors, gateways, heatmaps and AI-powered detection.

Most infrastructure is deployed once — then forgotten.

Warehouses, factories, utilities and smart-city systems rely on sensors, gateways, meters, mobile assets and connected equipment. But after deployment, teams often lose visibility into what is active, where it is located, how well it communicates and where the system is silently failing.

Fragmented infrastructure

Different vendors, protocols and teams create disconnected systems that are difficult to understand as one operational network.

Invisible blind spots

Coverage gaps, weak signals, offline sensors and misplaced assets often remain unnoticed until they create delays, failures or extra costs.

No actionable map

Most teams do not have a live operational view of their IoT network, mobile equipment and real-world signal behavior.

From field data to operational intelligence.

SignalWings combines sensors, gateways and cloud analytics to create a real-time visibility layer for physical operations and IoT networks. We turn raw infrastructure signals into maps, alerts, diagnostics and recommendations.

Discover

We assess the site, existing infrastructure, devices, assets, network setup and operational pain points.

Map

We create heatmaps of signal coverage, device activity, asset movement and infrastructure blind spots.

Monitor

We continuously track sensor activity, gateway visibility, asset presence and network health.

Detect

Our AI-powered layer identifies anomalies, silent failures, unusual movement patterns and areas that need attention.

Built for complex physical environments.

Warehouses & logistics

Track forklifts, mobile equipment and operational zones. Reduce time spent searching for assets and identify areas with poor network coverage.

Example insights
  • Forklift not seen in expected zone
  • Gateway coverage weak near loading dock
  • Asset search time increasing in zone C

Industrial sites

Monitor distributed sensors, gateways and connected equipment across large facilities, production areas or industrial parks.

Example insights
  • Sensor cluster offline
  • Coverage degradation after infrastructure change
  • New blind spot detected near storage area

Utilities & smart metering

Validate radio coverage, gateway placement and IoT network reliability for distributed infrastructure such as meters and field sensors.

Example insights
  • Low signal density in target area
  • Gateway visibility inconsistent over 24h
  • Coverage mismatch between planned and actual deployment

Smart cities & urban infrastructure

Support city teams with infrastructure mapping, IoT visibility and field-level sensing for mobility, environment and public systems.

Example insights
  • Sensor blind spots near dense buildings
  • Network instability around transport corridor
  • Urban infrastructure layer missing real-world coverage data

AI that diagnoses infrastructure behavior.

SignalWings does not add AI as a chatbot layer. Our AI models help teams understand infrastructure patterns: what is normal, what is missing, what is degrading and what should be fixed first.

Anomaly detection

Detect silent sensors, unexpected signal drops, irregular asset movement and abnormal gateway behavior.

Predictive diagnostics

Identify early signs of infrastructure failure before they become operational problems.

Smart recommendations

Recommend where to add gateways, move sensors, inspect equipment or improve coverage.

Monthly intelligence reports

Convert infrastructure data into clear operational actions for technical and management teams.

How it works.

From the first site visit to continuous monitoring, every step is designed to produce evidence — not assumptions.

Site discovery

We visit the site, understand operations, review infrastructure and identify the first high-value monitoring zones.

Sensor & gateway deployment

We deploy or integrate sensors and gateways depending on the environment, existing infrastructure and target use case.

Data pipeline

Signals are processed through the platform and transformed into structured events, maps and operational metrics.

Heatmaps & dashboard

Teams get a visual layer showing coverage, activity, asset presence, blind spots and system health.

AI-powered insights

The platform detects anomalies, prioritizes issues and generates recommendations for improvement.

Bio-IoT and mobile urban sensing.

Alongside our commercial infrastructure platform, SignalWings explores advanced mobile sensing through Bio-IoT research. In collaboration with bird protection and urban research partners, we investigate how lightweight, ethical mobile sensors can support environmental monitoring, smart-city research and future 3D network mapping.

Our Bio-IoT research explores how mobile sensor carriers, including birds under expert supervision, can help study urban signal behavior, environmental conditions and city-scale sensing patterns. The goal is to validate new forms of mobile infrastructure intelligence while following strict ethical and wildlife protection standards.

Nature as a Sensor: Rethinking Smart Cities & Utilities.

Our idea is to tackle this with nature, because nature is all around us. If you want to cover an area quickly, you can simply fly — and what better way than with the animals that are already there?
