2-week pilot · one site

Two weeks, one site, one honest map.

We measure what your network actually delivers and where coverage really ends, then hand you a ranked list of what to fix first.

  • Site discovery workshop
  • Sensor and gateway setup
  • Infrastructure and asset mapping
  • Signal coverage heatmap
  • Device delivery monitoring
  • Anomaly report
  • Recommended next steps

Request a pilot

Tell us a little about the site. We'll reply by email to set up a discovery call.

We only use these details to reply about your pilot.

How the two weeks run

From workshop to findings in 14 days.

  1. 01

    Day 1

    Discovery workshop

We walk the site with your team, review what's installed and pick the zones that matter most.

  2. 02

    Days 2–5

    Deploy and survey

Sensors and gateways go in or get integrated. Walk, vehicle or flight survey runs across the area.

  3. 03

    Days 6–13

    Monitor delivery

Every device is scored against its expected cadence: gaps, frozen values, out-of-range readings.

  4. 04

    Day 14

    Findings and next steps

Coverage heatmap, dead zones, anomaly report and a ranked list of what to fix first.

What you get

Evidence you can act on.

Every finding names the measurement behind it and says whether it was measured on site or inferred.

Findings card: gateway shadow confirmed behind the cross-dock, outer yard coverage stronger than planned, both measured at ground levelCoverage heatmap with a dead zone at loading dock B

Questions

Before you ask.

Do we need to replace our existing devices or platform?

No. We integrate with what you run where we can and add our own sensors and gateways only where the pilot needs measurements you don't have.

What do you need from us?

A contact on site, access for the discovery workshop and survey days, and an export or read access to the device data you already collect.

Which survey method will you use?

It depends on the site. Indoor and mixed sites usually get a walk survey, large outdoor areas a vehicle survey, and dense urban areas can add a flight survey.

What happens after the two weeks?

You keep the report, the heatmap and the ranked findings. If continuous monitoring makes sense, we'll propose it; if not, the pilot stands on its own.
